A trendsetter in the juicing industry, the NYC-based business has gotten national buzz for its inspired healthy juice combinations and is known for its smoothies, fruit bowls, salads and baked items.
For more than 15 years, Juice Generation’s founder Eric Helms has been a proponent of the energizing effects of fresh, raw juices. Using the healthiest ingredients, the company includes locally grown, organic produce in an effort to support small farms and orchards.
Juice Generation also donates a portion of its proceeds to a range of causes.
Helms is excited to bring Juice Generation to Westchester. “Many of our loyal customers live in Westchester, so opening a location here was a no-brainer for us," he said.
"We’re especially excited to be a part of Savor, the innovative new dining experience at The Westchester. When we saw the renderings for the project, we knew immediately that it was right for our brand.
"The team at Simon has redefined the food court experience."
If you haven't been in a while, you're in for a treat. The sleek, new 350-seat Savor dining venue features skylights, glass and stainless steel, spacious and comfortable seating areas, as well as a fireplace, event space and a new outdoor patio overlooking downtown White Plains.
Juice Generation joins Tomato & Co. Mighty Quinn’s Barbeque, Whitmans and Bluestone Lane, which opened earlier this spring and summer. Two more additions are expected in the coming weeks: Hai Street Kitchen, Philly-based Asian-fusion restaurant, and 16 Handles.
