Owner Susan O'Keefe said she decided on Tarrytown because she wanted to be in a town "with life and energy."
They don't bake at the pop-up but instead bring in fresh product each morning. Some things like the packaged cookies and loaf breads have a longer shelf life so they get brought in fresh once per week or more often as needed.
Expect pies, cupcakes, doughnuts, cookies and more.
