Prior to joining The Westchester Bank, Ryan spent four and a half years in the Commercial Banking Division at Hudson Valley Bank.  He began his banking career in 2010 as a Business & Professional Management Trainee.  From there, Ryan advanced to Commercial  Loan Portfolio Manager and was promoted again to Relationship Manager.

“The Westchester Bank is a relationship-driven organization. Strengthening relationships with each customer is paramount in the Bank’s thinking, and that fits extremely well with how I work and like to conduct business.” Mr. Muller stated.  “The commercial lending process starts with understanding each customer’s needs and then identifying the best banking products to fulfill those needs. The Bank sees each customer contact as an opportunity for us to foster stronger relationships,” he concluded.

John M. Tolomer, President & Chief Executive Officer of The Westchester Bank stated, “Ryan brings great energy and enthusiasm along with the commercial lending credentials we were looking for. I also recognized an innate ability to connect with people and it’s that type of connection that drives business at the community banking level. We’re excited to have Ryan with us and look forward to sustained growth within his loan portfolio to coincide with the Bank’s continued expansion and growth plans.”

Muller will be responsible for organizing new commercial loan activity, while managing an existing loan portfolio in excess of $30 million from a variety of different business sectors.  He brings over five years experience specific to the commercial banking industry and is a resident of Dobbs Ferry.
