The physical additions total 31,992 square feet, however the increase in gross leasable area (GLA) of the mall will only be 20,000 square feet.

The discrepancy is due to renovations to the former theater space into new retail and restaurant space as well as modifying the food court area to accommodate a new mall entrance on the Route 6 side.

The additions will create new entrances on the Route 6 and Lee Boulevard sides of the mall.

In addition to the building renovations, plazas will be added to the redesigned entrances and the parking lot will be regraded to comply with current handicapped parking regulations.
