Bruce Apar is a Hudson Valley media personality and community organizer whose Bruce The Blog weekly commentary appears in several Northern Westchester periodicals and at BruceTheBlog.com. He is proprietor of APAR All-Media, a full-service agency for marketing, content and promotion, and is on the Foundation board of New York Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital. Apar is host of two weekly cable TV programs, "Hudson Valley WXYZ" (also on YouTube) and Grace Notes with Yorktown Supervisor Michael Grace. "Hudson Valley WXYZ" also is a Facebook page and Twitter feed. He serves as founding president of Yorktown Organizations United, and of Harrison Apar Field of Dreams Foundation (2010 Yorktown Chamber of Commerce Organization of the Year). In 2010, he was named Citizen of the Year by the Yorktown Lions Leo Club. He also has served on the boards of New York Press Association and Yorktown Chamber of Commerce.
