Band Line-Up Set For Yorktown's Grange Fair

YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. – Police officers, a school superintendent and more will be taking the stage to rock out when the 88th Annual Grange Fair returns to Yorktown on Sept. 6. Check out the complete line-up of bands.

Mojo Monde, 6:30 p.m., Sept. 6. – The Hudson Valley-based R&B/rock band is led by Jon Cobert, a five-time Grammy-nominated musician who was in John Lennon's band during the 1970s and has also performed with Bruce Springsteen and Dave Matthews.

Chain of Fools, 8 p.m., Sept. 7. - The seven-piece Motown cover band features Yorktown public safety officer Larry Eidelman on keyboards and vocals. The band plays Motown, R&B, and funk from the ‘60s through the ‘80s.

Annie & The Natural Wonder Band, 12:30 p.m., Sept. 8 – Annie and her husband, Safari Bob, will return to the fair to perform interactive songs about the wonders of nature.

Yorktown Teen Center’s First Friday Performers, 4 p.m., Sept. 8 – Local teenagers Zerena Lupo, Marc McIntyre, and Amber Lewis will perform sets.

The Sundown Band, 8 p.m., Sept. 8 – The southern rock band will return to the Grange Fair and perform classics from Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Allman Brothers Band, The Outlaws, Marshall Tucker, and Molly Hatchet.

Unfunded Mandate, 1:30 p.m., Sept. 9 – The band is made up entirely of Lakeland School District staff, including Schools Superintendent George Stone. The band's performance is sponsored by the Lakeland Education Foundation and all proceeds from the shows are donated to fund student scholarships and special school projects.

All performances will be at the Yorktown Grange Fair Grounds at 99 Moseman Ave.
