NYC Sues Over Ex-Officer Who Joined Westchester Police

New York City is suing Westchester County for allegedly hiring police officer Jerome Schulman less than two years after he completed the NYPD's police academy, according to lohud.com.

The lawsuit contends that Schulman joined the Westchester County Police Department the day he resigned from the NYPD, reports lohud.com.

The city wants recompense of more than $20,000 for training Schulman, according to lohud.com.
