Come join us the first Sunday of every month starting in February and going through October. We will meet in the parking lot of Turkey Mountain, do a group warm up and then begin a uphill run with periodic stops for pushups, squats, sandbags, resistance bands, and of course squat thrusts.
It will be scaled for beginners through advanced trainees and can help you reach your fitness goals in the shortest time possible. Cold weather burns calories and so does intense intervals, so don't be surprised if you burn up to 1000 calories in ONE workout.
The ticket above is for 4 classes for the month of February-don't worry if you miss a session everyone can have make up days. This event is limited and is already half booked.
