The sight of a group of low-flying fighter jets the Hudson River and parts of Westchester and Rockland on Sunday afternoon caught many off guard.

No reason to be concerned, though.

The jets were en route to a flyover at the men's final of the U.S. Open at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing, Queens. The match, between Rafael Nadal and Kevin Anderson, began at 4 p.m. Sunday.

According to the NYPD,  five F-15 E Strike Eagle aircraft from the U.S. Air Force traveled over the Hudson River, passing Liberty Island and the USS Intrepid before the U.S. Open flyover. They then proceeded to Newark Liberty International Airport.
