A ceremony, led by David Wilson, will take place at the Westchester County Center.

Greenburgh Town Supervisor Paul Feiner will be in attendance at the event. Forty years ago, he was chair of the task force for Bikeways in Westchester which successfully pushed for the first bikeway in Westchester (Bronx River Parkway).

In 1974 then-County Executive Al Del Bello appointed Feiner to his Bikeway Task Force, which recommended the closing of the parkway on Sundays for cyclists.
