“The new planning process will help Westchester County allocate tax dollars to effective, high-quality programs that meet the greatest needs of our county’s young people,” said Plunkett in a press release.

“WCA and the Campaign for Kids look forward to working with the County Administration, the Board of Legislators and other stakeholders to achieve common goals in a fair, transparent and responsible way," said Greenberg in a press release.

The group will review, evaluate and make recommendations to improve the process of assessing the needs of youth, awarding contracts and setting funding priorities.
