Holiday Light Parade Entries Due: 5 p.m. Entries are due for Yorktown's First Annual Holiday Light Parade Spectacular. Visit: the parade's website to download an application and find out more Information. Applications handed in at the parks and recreation office,176 Granite Springs Road.

Yorktown Board of Education: 7 p.m. The school board will convene for a regular meeting. Mildred E. Strang Middle School, 2701 Crompond Road.

Costco public hearing: 7:30 p.m. The planning board's public hearing on a proposed Costco Wholesale Club at 3200 will continue. Yorktown Stage, 1974 Commerce St.

Yorktown budget review: 5 p.m. The town board will meet before its regular meeting to review Supervisor Michael Grace's tentative 2013 budget. Yorktown Town Hall, 363 Underhill Ave.
