Breast and Ovarian Cancer Support Group: 10 a.m. Support Connection Inc., a not–for-profit organization that provides free, confidential support services for people affected by breast and ovarian cancer. Open to women with breast, ovarian or gynecological cancer. Join other women who have been diagnosed as they discuss all stages of diagnosis, treatment and post-treatment. Free. Wednesday, Sept. 4

High Holiday Services: 7:30 p.m. Join Chabad for High Holiday services, Meaningful, uplifting service and exciting children's program. Hebrew –English prayer books. Free. Yorktown Community Nursery School, 247 Veterans Road, Yorktown Heights.

89th Annual Yorktown Grange Fair: 5- 9 p.m. The Grange Fair is the only true country fair in Westchester County, celebrating its agricultural heritage alongside carnival rides, midway games, magic and bicycle stunt shows and lots of local bands performing live on stage. $2 per person (special admission price for Thursday night only).
