Friday, Feb. 22

Wig n' Whiskers: 7:30 p.m. Lakeland High School's Drama Club, Wig n' Whiskers, will perform "Alice in Wonderland." Tickets can be purchased here. Lakeland High School, 1349 E. Main St.

Saturday, Feb. 23

Yoga – A Path to Wellness: Noon to 1:30 p.m. Support Connection hosts its weekly yoga session for people living with breast, ovarian or gynecological cancer. Club Fit, 600 Bank Road.

Backyard Chickens 101: 1 to 3 p.m. Head farmer Brett Alcaro will teach homeowners how to raise backyard chickens. Topics will include breed choice, housing, feed, health care and more. Registration is required. Cost is $20 per person, $5 for children ages 8 to 12. 1271 Hanover St.

Jefferson Valley Mall Book Blast: 2 to 3:30 p.m. An origami specialist will teach origami at the Book Blast. Attendees are asked to bring a new our used book to donate to Family Services of Westchester. Jefferson Valley Mall, center court, 650 Lee Blvd.
