Yorktown Holding Annual Tree Lightning, Electric Lights Parade

YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- There will be plenty of goodwill and cheer during the annual Yorktown Electric Lights Parade and tree lighting on Saturday, Dec. 5.

Beginning at 6:30 p.m., the parade which is sponsored by the Town of Yorktown and the Yorktown and Lake Mohegan Volunteer Fire Departments, will include a long line of lighted floats, music, and of course, Santa.

The parade begins at Commerce Street and ends at Veterans Road with the tree lighting at the Jack DeVito Memorial Park.

In case of inclement weather, the parade will be held on Sunday, Dec. 6.
