YORKTOWN, N.Y. – The Yorktown Teen Center will host its second annual Girls Only Night on Feb. 15 at the Yorktown Community and Cultural Center.
The event begins with registration at 5 p.m. in the nutrition room located next to the Yorktown Stage entrance of the building at 1974 Commerce St.
A menu of activities is being planned for the girls to choose from, such as an earring-making workshop, candy-making workshop, cupcake decorating, Zumba, line-dancing workshop and a hair care and skin care workshop. Girls can also choose to use the lounge and game room for just hanging out.
The event hours are 5 to 9:30 p.m. and it is open to young women between sixth and 12th grade. There is a $10 donation for snacks, pizza and beverages. Tickets are available at girlsnight.eventbrite.com or by calling 914-302-2123.
