Hudson Valley residents are lining up to purchase tickets for Wednesday night's Powerball drawing, as the jackpot has swelled to $700 million.

The numbers for a Saturday's drawing, which had a jackpot exceeding half a billion dollars were 17-19-39-43-68, with a Powerball number of 13, though no winning tickets were sold.

Tickets are now being sold for Wednesday's drawing, which saw a jump in the jackpot of more than $100 million from last Saturday, making it the fifth-largest jackpot in 25 years. According to the New York State Lottery, the odds of winning the Powerball jackpot is one-in-292,201,201,338.

Hey, you never know.

The televised drawing will be at 10:59 p.m. on WABC-TV Channel 7 when five of 69 white balls and one of 26 red balls - the Powerball - will be randomly selected to form the winning six-digit number.
