YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. – Beverly Northey of Yorktown Heights died on May 15. She was 75.
Northey was born on May 21, 1936 in Yonkers to Paul and Viola Forkell. She married Thomas Northey on June 23, 1957. She was an active parishioner at St. Patrick’s Church and a member of the Rosary Altar Society.
She is survived by her husband; two daughters, Kathleen Nikisher and Maureen Northey; a son, Thomas Northey II; and five grandchildren. Northey was predeceased by a brother and seven sisters.
Visitation is from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. on Thursday at Yorktown Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Patrick’s Stone Church at 9:45 a.m. on Friday. Burial will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Hawthorne.
