Mary Love, 99, Support Connection Volunteer

YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- Shrub Oak resident Mary Love, 99, passed away on July 22.

Love, born in the Bronx, was a parishioner of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, and volunteered for Support Connection.

Cervoni said Love proudly wore her ‘walk’ t-shirt quite often as a way to not only raise awarness for the walk, but to show others they could get a shirt too if they were to donate or help. Love’s daughter, Katherine Quinn is the executive director of Support Connection.

Love was also mother to Arnold, Albert, Joanne Rhoads, Marion Greene. She was married to Bud Love, and sister to Arnold and Christopher. She is remembered by her grandchildren, Morgan Love, Jonathan and Sarah Rhoads, Lauren Hocker, Jaclyn, Diane and Michael Quinn, Megan and Kristen Greene and great-grandmother to Sophie, Phoenix and Caroline. Her nieces and nephews Noeline Telesca, Martha and Christopher Raines, as well as several great nieces, nephews, cousins and family friends.
