More than a quarter billion dollars in federal and state funding will go toward addressing New York’s housing crisis. Over $260 million has been awarded to 29 housing developments across the state through tax credits and subsidies meant to create or preserve over 1,800 affordable and sustainable homes, Gov. For the first time, police have publicly named the second of two murder victims whose dismembered remains were found strewn across Long Island.
