Celebrations, Ceremonies in Yorktown This Weekend

YORKTOWN, N.Y. - With the first week of school under your belt, are you looking for some things to do around town this weekend? Check out these ideas and be sure to let us know what you're doing in the comments below.

Friday night is Support Connection's Home Run Derby for a Cause, taking place at Peekskill Stadium starting 6 p.m.

Saturday at 11 a.m. is the Tractor Parade through town, starting at Town Hall. Four generations of tractor drivers will drive their vehicles through town as part of the Grange Fair, which is also taking place until Sunday. 

Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. is Yorktown Rotary's 49th annual Hole-In-One Tournament at Downing Park. On Saturday, Dennis Tate of Cars & Us will also be there with traditional cars on display. 

-Sunday starting at 2 p.m. is an annual commemoration ceremony for the victims of Sept. 11.
