Concerts and Family Fun This Weekend in Yorktown

YORKTOWN, N.Y.-- Looking for things to do this weekend? Check out this list, and be sure to let us know what your weekend plans are in the comments.

 

-       On Friday, starting at 7 p.m. the Justin Veatch Fund will host “Up Against the Wall,” a concert featuring Daisy Joplin, Pink Floyd Tribute Band “Beyond the Wall” and students who have participated in the fund’s First Fridays Open Mics.  

-       Treat your kids to some kid-friendly music, and raise money for the renovation of the children’s room at the John C. Hart Library at a concert by Kurt Gallagher on Saturday at 3 p.m.

-       Auggies will hold an Oktoberfest on Sunday starting at 2 p.m., complete with live German music, beer specials and prizes.

-       Underhill Shopping Plaza will celebrate their 40th anniversary from 12 to 5 on Sunday with food, shopping, entertainment, music and rides.
