Manning has supported the charity, based out of Yorktown, for several years and returned to do so in 2013 for the 36th Annual Guiding Eyes for the Blind Golf Classic. Players had the chance to interact with Manning, several of the Guiding Eyes dogs and the trainers and guide dogs in training.

The day also featured a dinner, during which guests heard the inspiring story of Randy Pierce, a Guiding Eyes graduate who can now climb mountains with his Guiding Eyes dog, Quinn.

The night ended with a raffle drawing and two of the best prizes were a BMW 128i and some Rolex watches.

The best blind golfers in the country also competed for the Corcoran Cup on Sunday to turn the event into a two-day affair.
