Fox News Co-Host Accuses Garrison's Roger Ailes Of Sexual Harassment

Democratic strategist and Fox News on-air contributor Julie Roginsky filed a lawsuit Monday against the network's former CEO Roger Ailes, who resides in both suburban New York (in Garrison) and New Jersey (in Cresskill), as well as others.

Roginsky's suit says she was unlawfully harassed, discriminated against and retaliated against by Ailes and current co-President Bill Shine.

She says Ailes made her promotion to a regular spot hosting "The Five" contingent upon a sexual relationship with him, the suit says.

When Roginsky refused a sexual relationship with him, Ailes retaliated against her by refusing to give her various opportunities — including the promised spot on the show, according to the suit.

Ailes' attorney Susan Estrich told NorthJersey.com that he "vociferously denies the allegations," called Roginsky's claims "total hogwash" and dubbed the lawsuit "massive character assassination."

Ailes stepped down from his position as CEO last year after former employee Gretchen Carlson filed a lawsuit against him.

Roginsky's attorney is Nancy Erika Smith, who also defended Carlson in her suit, which was recently settled for $20 million.
