Hilltop Service Station also sought the board’s feedback on their plans to install a canopy over the pumps and the continued ability to sell used cars from the site, and Lake Osceola Beach presented a new concept for the site that included 24-32 rental apartments on one side of the parcel and a restaurant on the other side.
