YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- The Kear Street Development was central to discussions Feb. 8 when the Yorktown Planning Board met, according to Citizens For An Informed Yorktown.
Among topics, board members looked at the Marathon development and the parking situation, not just for the Marathon site, but also for area businesses.
The public hearing was closed but open for written comment. There were no public objections raised.
The need for an area-wide storm water plan was discussed in general terms.
Other topics included the Orchard View Subdivision on Sherry Drive- a new nine-lot subdivision off a cul-de-sac on a 9.24-acre site.
