I noticed that Yorktown Councilman Ed Lachterman saw fit to apologize for another Yorktown politician's perceived bad behavior in several local papers. Since he's so apologetic for other elected official's behavior maybe he can apologizing for Supervisor Grace and State Senator Murphy owing thousands in past due taxes?

Maybe he can apologize for Yorktown's Town Board for some unknown reason not taking steps to enforce tax liens and collect $5 million in unpaid taxes desperately needed by this town? Maybe he can apologize for Yorktown's Town Board thumping its nose at taxpayers by putting land developers ambitions over that of local resident's quality of life? Maybe he can apologize for Yorktown's Town Board for not being able after years to fill a massive chain linked ringed crater full of water at a gas station in the center of town? I look forward to all of Councilman Lachterman's future apologies.
