YORKTOWN, N.Y.A male found walking along East Main St. early Monday morning with an injured and bleeding hand was placed under arrest for burglary, criminal mischief and criminal possession of marijuana.
Robert Hoppe III, 23, of Mahopac was arrested after police observed the front glass door was shattered at Westchester Health, located on East Main St. at 6:20 Monday. Police found Hoppe with the injured and bleeding hand, and was found to be in possession of the marijuana.
At police headquarters he was charged with the counts of burglary and criminal mischief when a police investigation revealed he forcibly entered Westchester Health and stole property.
He was remanded to Westchester County Jail after being unable to post $25,000 bail. He was due to answer the charge in Yorktown Court on Tuesday.

- Gregory Kelly, 26, from Carmel was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and speeding, a penal violation and traffic infraction respectively. Kelly was charged after police stopped his vehicle at 12:25 p.m. on July 30 for allegedly speeding. Police also observed he was in possession of a small amount of marijuana. He was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in Yorktown court on September 1 at 6 p.m.
