Mahopac Woman Charged With Failure To Appear In Yorktown

YORKTOWN, N.Y. – A Mahopac woman was arrested Friday on a bench warrant issued by Yorktown Justice Court, according to the Yorktown Police Department.

Danielle M. Carey, 27, allegedly failed to appear in Yorktown Justice Court Thursday for a scheduled court appearance related to a petit larceny case.

She was taken into custody at the Cortlandt Town Court Friday on an unrelated matter. After being processed at Yorktown Police Department, she was released and is scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court Thursday, Aug. 20.
