YORKTOWN, N.Y. A woman from Mahopac was arrested and charged with driving while her ability was impaired by alcohol in Yorktown last week.
Police said they charged 29-year-old Jaclyn DiDomenico with four infractions, including DWAI, unlicensed operation, failure to use a designated lane and failure to signal. Police on patrol on Route 6 on Feb. 18 at around 2:20 a.m. said they stopped DiDomenicos car when she made a left turn onto East Main Street without signaling and failed to use the designated lane. When police stopped the vehicle they said they found that DiDomenico had been operating the vehicle while intoxicated and that her drivers license was expired.
DiDomenico was issued an appearance ticket after being arrested and released on her own recognizance to appear in Yorktown Justice Court on March 22 at 6 p.m.
