Man Charged After Threatening Victim With Pistol In Yorktown, Police Say

YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- A 21-year-old Ossining man was arrested and charged after Yorktown police say he displayed and pointed a pistol at another person.

Jorge Andres Caranugi was charged with menacing in the second degree, a Class A misdemeanor, after the incident, which occurred on April 28, police said.

Caranugi was arraigned and released on $250 bail and is due back in court on May 16.
