Police said that in April 2014 they investigated a complaint of a larceny from a Pine Grove Court residence. Investigation led police to file for an arrest warrant for Rogonia, according to police.
Rogonia was located on Saturday by the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, which turned him over to Yorktown police. Rogonia was transported to and processed at Yorktown police headquarters. He was later arraigned in the Yorktown Justice Court by Judge Raniolo, who remanded him to the Westchester County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail. He is scheduled to return in Yorktown court on Thursday at 6 p.m.
