Mount Kisco Man, 48, Pleads Guilty To Pocketing $1.7M In Payroll Taxes

MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. – A Mount Kisco man has pleaded guilty to pocketing $1.7 million in payroll taxes and using the money to buy his home, a yacht, a share of a New York City nightclub and more, lohud reports.

Thomas Nastasi, 48, received a one-year prison sentence and is responsible for paying back the money he owes in taxes, according to the report.

Nastasi owns numerous construction and maintenance companies that have worked at various luxury structures throughout New York City including the Chrysler Building, according to the report. He pleaded guilty to federal charges that two of his companies failed to pay taxes, according to the report.
