Police Search For Possibly Armed Suspect In Woods Near Westchester Airport

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Police are searching tonight for a suspect who may be armed and who fled on foot after he struck a police car following a chase near the Westchester County Airport, WNBC-TV reported.

The man, whose coat was found in his car, is believed to have discarded several bags of marijuana before fleeing into the woods in the Purchase/Rye Brook area, according to the report.
