YORKTOWN, N.Y. - A female Yorktown doctor is being sued by a female employee who said the physician made sexual advances toward her and created a hostile work environment, The Journal News reported.
Dr. Susan Malley is being sued by Janine Mancuso, who worked at a clinicwith Malley for nearly a year. Mancuso filed the lawsuit Feb. 24 in U.S. District Court in White Plains.
The suit claims Malley actions created a hostile work environment. The suit also says "administrators’ lack of remedial action constituted retaliation," according to The Journal News.
