Route 202 Reopens In Yorktown After Water Main Breaks

YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. --Stretches of Route 202 were closed most of the day Monday after two water main breaks within close proximity in Yorktown Heights.

The closures were between Hallocks Mill Road and Granite Springs Road and Baldwin Road and began around 8 a.m.

About 200 homes and five buildings were left without water as repair work was done.

The first break occurred just before 8 a.m.

Route 202 reopened by 4 p.m.
