Support Connection Helps Members Get The Most Of Doctors Visit

YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. -- Support Connection, a local organization that works with residents suffering from breast, ovarian and gynecological cancers, will hold two tele-conference seminars to help patients and all residents learn how to make the most of their doctor's visit.

“Make the Most of Your Doctor’s Visits," will be offered from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 9, and from 12:30 to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 24. Pre-registration is required. 

Topics will include managing all aspects of cancer diagnosis, treatment and recovery, effective communication with the doctor, and how to make the most of their appointments.

Attendees will be able to connect and share with other who have similar concerns. The open discussion is offered via national toll-free teleconference, so residents can participate no matter where they live.
