YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. – Support Connections Inc. will hold its next book club session on Thursday, Oct. 23, from 7-8:45 p.m. at the Cheryl R. Lindenbaum Cancer Center. It is open to people living with breast, ovarian and gynecological cancers.

The book to be discussed is “The Romanov Sisters: The Lost Lives of the Daughters of Nicholas and Alexandra” by Helen Rappaport. This book follows the lives of three young royals and their publicized life during the last days of Imperial Russia. Rappaport uses unseen or unpublished letters, diaries and archival sources to tell the stories of the three sisters, each often referred to as a Princess Diana of the 20th century.

The discussion leader will be Amy Curran Baker, author of “Now What? Guide to Recovery After Mastectomy.”
