State police have responded to the scene, according to the report, which cited an employee of the Quick-Shop, who claimed to have seen someone approach the teen outside of the store.
According to the report, the teen was shot in the upper arm. He was taken to Westchester Medical Center in an unknown condition.
The teen attends a yeshiva in the area, according to News 12.
