CORTLANDT, N.Y. -- Residents looking for affordable housing, need look no further than the Town of Cortlandt, where three units are available to eligible buyers, according to The Examiner News.
In Westchester County there are nine affordable housing unit available. The homes prices range from $138,000 to $235,000 and are available to families who earn up to 80 percent of the county median income limit which is $60,400 for a one-person household and $69,000 for a two-person household. A six-person household can earn up to $100,050, said The Examiner News.
