YORKTOWN, N. Y. -- A break in the water main under Greenwood Street in Yorktown is causing headaches Monday for workers, drivers and nearby residents, News 12 is reporting.
The break was discovered about 3 a.m. Monday, and it left a large hole in the road. As crews work to repair it, water continues to flow to nearby houses, though it might be discolored, News 12 says.
Traffic is being diverted around the area, and nearby residents are being told to run the water until it comes out clear, News 12 reports.
