WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. – The Bee-Line buses that serve Westchester County will be back tomorrow starting at 5:30 a.m., according to a press release from County Executive Rob Astorino. However, there will be delays and detours.

“We know so many of our residents depend on our buses to get to work and other places, so it is imperative to restore service as quickly as we can,” said Astorino in the release.” I ask that our riders be patient with delays and detours.”

The county will release “information about the expected detours” on its website Tuesday night.

Astorino had suspended the bus service Sunday night with Hurricane Sandy approaching Westchester.

If you are without Internet, call 914-813-7777.

The Bee-Line bus service serves approximately 100,000 passengers in Westchester.

Check back with The Daily Voice for information on the Bee-Line delays and detours.
