Farmers Market: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Yorktown Farmers Market features many local vendors. Behind Yorktown Firehouse on Commerce Street.
Fresh Veggies: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Visitors to Hilltop Hanover Farm and Environmental Center can pick their own vegetables in the field or choose their favorites from a farm stand. 1271 Hanover St.
Leaping Lizards: 10 to 11:30 a.m. Discover what type of lizards you might encounter locally and meet some of Teatown Lake Reservation's lizard ambassadors. Free for members, $5 for non-members.
Save The Planet: 1 to 2:30 p.m. Jefferson Valley Mall. Little Planet Helpers. Have fun with waste management and receive a Living Green With Eco-Superheroes coloring and activity book. Find out how you can save the planet. Simon Kidgits Club members receive a free gift. Center Court.
Sunday, July 22
Skin and Bones: 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Investigate the ins and outs of animals by looking at bones, feathers, fur, teeth and more. Teatown Lake Reservation. Free for members, $5 for non-members.
