YORKTOWN, N.Y. A 51-year-old Yorktown man was arrested for allegedly assaulting a woman, causing her to break her arm, as well as additional injuries.
Police arrested the man, Thomas J, Carroll, of 1788 Horton Rd. on October 19 after they were asked to check on the welfare of a female walking on Lexington Ave. who had left her residence. Police found that the woman had returned home, and investigation revealed Carroll allegedly assaulted the woman.
Carroll was arrested, charged with felony assault and remanded to Westchester County Jail.

- Three Yorktown men were arrested for disorderly conduct, and one Peekskill man was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrested after police conducted a routine patrol of the Yorktown Green Shopping Center. Police observed a disturbance involving several males, and found Nicholas Guzzo, 24, Matthew Saccomanno, 27, Gary Saccomanno, 22 of Yorktown and Nathaniel Tisdell, 25, of Peekskill, were shouting obscenities and causing public inconvenience. Police also allege that Tisdell punched another male in the face prior to police arrival. The three Yorktown men were released on $100 bail and are scheduled to answer the charge in court on November 22 at 6 p.m. Tisdell allegedly resisted arrest and was served with a temporary order of protection and released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to answer his charges in court on October 27 at 6 p.m.
