YORKTOWN, N.Y.-- A man was arrested Monday after he allegedly stole $1,500 worth of meat racks from BJ's Wholesale Club.
Police charged 32-year-old Daniel L. Natiello of Sultana Drive in Yorktown with grand larceny in the fourth degree for allegedly stealing, and aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree, a misdeameanor, after police also found he was driving with a suspended New York State driver's license.
According to police, on December 19 at 9:46 p.m. a call was received from BJ's reporting the larceny of the meat racks. Police arrested Natiello at around 11:15 p.m. when they found a vehicle matching the description of the suspect vehicle traveling on Crompond Rd. Police stopped him on Elizabeth Rd.
Natiello was arrested at the scene and taken to police headquarters. He was processed, issued an appearance ticket and traffic summons to answer the charges in Yorktown Court on January 24 at 6 p.m. He was then released on $500 bail.
