Yorktown Planning Board Approves Chase Bank

YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- The Yorktown Planning Board ruled on several proposals during its meeting on Monday, Aug. 8, including the approval of the site plan for a Chase Bank on Commerce Street.

Other items on the agenda included:

  • Appoving a second, one-year extension for construction on the Kitchawan Fire and Rescue Station. 
  • Approval of an ammended site plan for Spark Steakhouse on Route 202.
  • A revised plan that reduces the proposed number of residential units at Crompond Terraces and includeds a 32 room in as well as 77,000 square feet of retail/commercial space.
