YORKTOWN, N.Y.-- A 61-year-old Yorktown woman was arrested after she allegedly kicked a resident of Quinlan St. in violation of an order of protection.
Yorktown police arrested Donna Centi, whose address is listed as the same house on Quinlan St. as the incident, was charged with criminal contempt in the second degree, a misdemeanor, on Jan. 11. She was arrested at the scene and taken to police headquarters. Centi was arraigned and released on her own recognizance, and is due to appear in Yorktown Justice Court on Jan. 19 at 6 p.m.

- A man from Mahopac was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, suspended registration, a misdemeanor, and speed in zone, a traffic infraction after police observed him exceeding the posted speed limit on Underhill Ave.
Police report that on Jan. 5 they arrested the man, Andrew Israel Juca Serrano, 27, after they stopped his vehicle and learned his operating privileges had been suspended for failing to answer a summons, and that the vehicle's registration was also suspended for insurance lapse. Juca Serrano was placed under arrest and taken back to the police department. He was issued summonses for the charges and released on $100 cash bail. He is due to appear in Yorktown Court on Feb. 12 at 6 p.m. for arraignment.
