YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- Yorktown's Support Connection, Inc. will host a free educational program on nutrition and meal planning for patients with Ovarian and Breast Cancer on Tuesday, Oct. 15 from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at United Methodist Church in Mount Kisco.
The presentation will focus on the practical aspects of nutrition and lifestyle strategies for optimizing wellness in cancer care.
Allison Cecere, M.S., R.D. CDN, who was nutritional coordinator at two regional cancer centers, will be the presenter at the event.
The program is open to people living with breast, ovarian and gynecological cancers.
