YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. – Elvira M. Locuratolo formerly of Yorktown Heights died Nov. 27. She was 95.
Locuratolo was born March 17, 1917, in the Bronx, N.Y., to Vincent and Josephine Varrone Ciaffone. She married Joseph Locuratolo June 21, 1936. She worked as a homemaker and dedicated her life to her family. She was most recently of Woodbury, Conn.
She is survived by two daughters, Elaine (Donald) Hartmann and Angela (Robert) Sampogna; six grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband.
Visitation is from 2 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Cargain Funeral Homes in Mahopac. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in Shrub Oak. Entombment will follow at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Putnam Valley.
