He was born July 8, 1965, in the Bronx, to the late Frederic and Helen Kelsey Welsh.
Welsh worked as a computer technician for the Yonkers Board of Education for more than 16 years.
Survivors include his wife, Angela; one daughter, Katherine; one son, Jonathan; two brothers, Frederic Jr. and Dennis; one sister, Kendale; and his parents-in-law, Kevin and Joan Deierlein.
Calling hours will be from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday at the Whalen and Ball Funeral Home, 168 Park Ave., Yonkers.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the Whalen and Ball Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Northern Westchester Hospital, 400 E. Main St., Mount Kisco, NY 10549.
